When you print a report, you have the option of using the long location or the short. It would depend on my audience on which I would choose. I like that flexibility. The problem is, if you choose to use the short location but haven't edited every location to have a short location your report will look pretty funny :)
I do not know much about English locations at all. I only have a couple in my file (and they are probably wrong). Here is one that I have...
