I think Alan referred to *Windows* 7, not Legacy v7.

The only thing that matters re the version of Windows is to make sure
it's installed as per the instructions on our website at
www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/helpWindows7andVista.asp if you have a
WIndows 7 or Windows Vista computer.  Of course, v5 is not compatible
with either of those versions of Windows....


Alan, please contact us through [email protected] and we'll
help you get this sorted out. If you have Legacy v5 on a Windows 7
computer, that may be accounting for some of your problems.
