Hi Virginia Thankyou for your reply - I will make a separate event for each photo/image then.  Seems like the way to go In the case of the of the Engagements and Weddings for family - I did try entering in separate events via the Marriage Window (marriage bar) - but only one image will show up - generally only the image that is saved to an event - rather then the marriage itself. I will add another 'event' saying Marriage under the Marriage window to ensure the photo will print with the report.
