I wonder if Michelle has ensured that the Lat and Long co-ordinates have
been cleared after the initial error, and before retrying.

Could this be an artefact of when the location was created using the Geo
database? What happens when you adjust the displayed map to the right place
and
then right-click to move the latitude and longitude co-ordinates to the spot
where you clicked?
