Well, since Legacy doesn't run on an "electronic device", it would be hard to have it on there...
The programs for the various Android, Windows Mobile or iPhone devices all convert the Legacy Family File or gedcom to their format for viewing and in some cases editing. There is no genealogy program available for Windows Phone 7 yet. It would be no different than importing your gedcom from Legacy into PAF or FTM. So you're definitely not alone.... No one else has it either!
