Not at all. Tim asked "Am I the only one that does not have Legacy on a electronic device" and my response addressed the fact that no one would since you can't install Legacy to any of those devices he listed.
Legacy can only be installed on a netbook, laptop or PC with Windows (including Windows on a Mac with Parallels, Fusion, WINE or Bootcamp or Linux with Sun's Virtual Box. The answer would have been different if he had asked "Does anyone have a genealogy program on their electronic device that views their Family File?"
