But isn’t the same thing accomplished when you back up your multi-media files and then unzip them in another machine?

It is so much easier that have your Legacy data and linked files in a folder by themselves, so you can copy ALL that is in that folder. You will have everything when moving or copying to take with you to another machine. A bit of File management upfront will save you many headaches later. I still do NOT like the fact that the default locations for the files is within the Legacy Program folder.
