You don't need to copy and paste. You've already attached this photo to the first person, which means you have saved it. Now, go to the second person, click on the photo icon to open the photo gallery, click on file and look for the photo you saved. Once you find it, click on it to open it and that same picture will be attached to the second person. In the Photo Gallery you can also crop the photo. This will allow you to crop one person out of the photo for their individual picture.
