Hi Leon yes that is a good idea Thanks Sandy, I have playing around adding the pics to events I already have..eg an electoral roll entry for 91970 I added the house picture I had assigned to that person..so this is a good answer. Just wish I'd known in the first place..so hope someone else on the list may learn before they add too many pictures!!! Thanks all Bye althea
