You can't.  You can only set relationships to one person at a time.

Well, let me think on this a moment.... save the first Index Report to
csv and open in your spreadsheet program.

Create the second report, save to csv and open that in the spreadsheet program.

Then copy the Relationship column from the second report to the first
report, changing the titles to indicate one column is relationship to
yourself and the other one to your wife.
