I have gone to the Index page and added a column called relationships.  I then
went to Set Relationships and changed the key
person to myself.  My relationships with all of my ancestors show up as they
are supposed to.  Then, I wanted to show my wife's
relationships to her ancestors. I went through the same process again changing
my name to her name and resetting
the Set Relationships. That worked fine. Then I thought. How can I get the
Relationship column to show both her relationship
and my relationship to all of our ancestors at the same time, and be able to
distinguish between say her great-grandfather and
my great-grandfather.  I have looked through the manual and through the help
files and cant find anything other than what I
have already done on an individual basis. Does anyone know of a way to
accomplish what I would like to do?  Maybe if there
is no way at present then this might be a suggestion.  Possibly a Set
Relationship for both husband and wife and then on the index
page have legacy show an (H) or (W) after the relationship to indicate if it is
the husbands or wife's ancestor. Possible?? or is there
another way that already exists to show this information at the same time. If I
am barking up the wrong tree, or have not explained
what I am trying to do clearly enough, I apologise. Just let me know.
Thanks
John Connolly
