I used 11.39 Military: Navy & Other Branches for my uncle's log. He was a 
merchant seaman from 1940-1958. I disagree with those who suggest a separate 
event for each voyage. Rather, I entered one employment event as a merchant 
seaman and entered each voyage, rating, and dates in the notes. 59 separate 
events would have been a bit much.

If you are wanting to use SourceWriter I would choose Military
ecords>All countries except US>Basic format..
Don't be put off by "Military" - that word won't appear in the citation.
 You can add as much or as little to the Source Detail as you wish/feel
ecessary.
