You don't show the marriage 'dates' on your list. We can't answer why it sorts out of order when we have no numbers. I don't understand the catagories. I guess the License will be issued/ordered a few dates before the Ceremony/or same day. What does the 'Marriage' actually mean? Are you possibly refering to the reading of the banns?
