Some of the other programs the baptism and christening are separate events and 
a person can have both. The programmers of Legacy just need to add these as 
separate events and this problem would go away. Even dedications and blessing 
could be added.

Just a note, not to add difficulty, but my religious upbringing has infant 
dedications AND adult baptisms, plus some people also had infant christenings, 
then later on adult baptisms.  So, the best answer might be to use the custom
