<<after reading some of the recent postings I decided to merge several of my family files and ended up with a problem I don't know how to solve. Somehow I ended up with my grandparents married to each other twice, and four of their children were entered as half siblings. I deleted the half siblings, but every time I tried to fix my grandparents I would eliminate that whole side of the family. How do I fix this?>>
Often in a case like this there are two marriages for the parents, one with Unknown - unknown. If you unlink the Unknown, you don.t have that problem. Look at the Parents icon in the family view.
