The concept is the same... no "screen shots" or graphics, whether sent as an attachment or inline - email programs can pull out inline graphics and deliver them as attachments...
Graphics can seriously cause problems for those of our listers who on dial-up or on metered service. Those of us with unlimited DSL are spoiled and don't think of those who don't have that advantage. PLEASE be considerate of other users.
