Elizabeth, I think it may be due to gmail, I don’t use it myself but have seen similar reports in the past. BTW could you possibly trim all the messages re etiquette, archives etc from the bottom of your posts, and old posts – this one was horrendously long! They are also easier to trim in plain text.
