I've received similar dialogue boxes.  In my case, it occurs when I have
added metadata or comments to the picture itself, such as remarks about
where and when the photo was taken.  If you have not don that, the camera or
photo editing software that you are using may have added its own metadata.
 I answered in the affirmative and the program inserted the remarks I had
added to the photo, thus eliminating any need to type the information a
second time.
