I must've missed the first part of your discussion, Chuck.  Trying to test this
for you.

Found "the little green guy" ! (had not seen that before)... optional toolbar
button.
Added it to my toolbar.  Opened the sample database.
Clicked on "little green guy" to add a wife (new person) to Asa Brown.

Where is "the "+" sign in the Individual's Window"?
I have the "Individual Information" window open for the new wife, and the only
"+" signs I see are to the right of the 4 main event lines for more
information and the one at the top of the more information column for other
events (if there were any events).

Subject: [LegacyUG] Legacy Individual's Information Window Issue

Thanks for the reply Mike.

I think that if you tried the process by clicking on the little green guy with
the "+" sign up there in the menu bar and then tried clicking on the "+" sign in
the Individual's Window, you would see the failure.

As a new user of Legacy, I was using the little green guy to add a person. Fails
every time. Now that I've discovered the use of the "right click" in the Child
window or over the Individual's window there is joy again.

Support actually gave up and said that I was the only one that had ever reported
the problem, nothing else they could do for me, and closed my ticket.

Maybe some of you can prove it to them.

Chuck
