I used your instructions below and have confirmed that this is a problem when you use the Icon in the tool bar. I do not think you ever mentioned that using the icon was how you were adding someone in the discussions with our support person on the original problem ticket. I see you have submitted a new ticket where you do mention that it is the Icon on the tool bar you are using. I have created a problem report in our tracking system to have this error fixed.
