Todd, Sorry it took me so long to test this out! I did much the same as Laird did. However, I selected landscape orientation (so more of the short notes would then be one-liners), and I did put the rNotes field on Row 2 (that way the RIN and name are on a separate line followed by that person's Research Notes in a box below the name... gives it the whole page width for the rNotes). Go to Search Detailed Search > Individual > Notes-Research > Not Equal to > (What to look for) should be blank Click Create List At the bottom of the Search List window click the Print button and the List Report Options window will open On the Options tab give the report a Title choose your options and BE SURE to select "Wrap long lines down columns" at the bottom of the window. On the *Row 1 tab select Surname, Given names and un-check everything else click the Customize button click on one of the boxes with three dots, the window "Field Names to Display" will open scroll down to Research Notes and click the Select button click the Close button "rNotes" will appear on one of the Optional Fields, click this selection. On the tabs for Row 2 and Row 3, un-check, don't include these in the report Click Preview and see if you get the results you want. You can then Print the report or Create a PDF file.
