It is easy to adjust the column widths. I also found if you put the Research Notes on Row 2 then they fall under the Person Name left justified. But I like the column style better. I had to insert the [ -- ] stuff in you instructions, in order for me to understand which screen is involved. e.g. - - - On the *Row 1 tab select Surname, Given names and un-check everything else click the Customize button, click on one of the boxes with three dots, the window "Field Names to Display" will open scroll down to Research Notes and click the Select button, click the Close button [ on the customize Display screen, ] "rNotes" will appear on one of the Optional Fields [ on the List Report Options screen], click [X ] this selection. On the tabs for Row 2 and Row 3, un-check, don't include these in the report - - - <snip> Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
