Bruce, By "sometimes... and other times" do you mean in some reports print them and in some reports not print them? (for the same events) Or do you mean print some events and not print others in any given report?
And just to double-check: are you talking about just the Event Notes field? Like, you want all events to print, but on some events do not print the Notes? I don't see any settings that allow this flexibility. The only way I see to do this is to enclose the Event Notes in privacy brackets, then choose to either print or not print privacy brackets.
