George,

You need to install Families Sync from the web site
(http://www.telgen.co.uk/families/download/publish.htm) ? You should then see
it in the Start Menu under TelGen.

Dear Malcolm:

First there is no icon on my desktop nor is it listed on the start menu of
programs. If I do a search of my desktop in files/folders I find a file
"Families 1.3.1 iOS App. When I double click on it, it takes me to iTunes page
which has the families icon. When I click on the icon, nothing happens.

Thank you for replying.

George

Presumably you mean Families Sync on the desktop. What do you see when you try
to run it?

Subject: [LegacyUG] Families

Folks:

I purchased the program "Families" to run on an iPod Touch. I then purchased an
iPad2 and downloaded the program to that. I am having difficulty syncing my
Legacy data base to either machine. In fact I can't get the Families program to
start on my desktop.

I am totally confused. Any help would be appreciated.

George
