I doubt if there is an appropriate/usual place so, like many instances, the
choice is yours. I would be tempted to put them in Event Notes as they will
be more available and more prominent in reports etc. if included there, and
I prefer to keep my Sources short. But, that is only my choice.

I have vital records for my ancestors that are written in German and
wish to enter a translation of the documents.
