Roxanne - I wonder if you set Legacy to open the family files on your desktop rather than the files in Dropbox. Dropbox only "knows" the files in it's folders. It can't update files it knows nothing about.
1. In my Dropbox Folder on my C drive, I created a folder named Legacy. Then I moved my current Legacy Family Files to the Dropbox folder named Legacy. 2. In Legacy go to Options in the upper toolbar>Customize>locations> Default location of family Files. 3. click Change & Search for this created Legacy folder inside the Dropbox folder on your hard-drive. Mine is: c:\Users\name\Dropbox\Legacy 4. You will need to do this for each computer that you want to sync. Hint: "Windows Key + E" will open your Explorer so that you can find your Dropbox folder - if you don't already know it's location. By all means keep backups, rather than active Legacy files, in another location on your hard drive or external hard drive or thumb drive.
