There is an ongoing bug which often occurs in the Legacy welcoming email. Instead of just clicking on the URL address in that email, try to COPY and PASTE the complete address into your Internet browser, beginning with http: and going through the entire end of the address (remove any spaces that might be there), then hit ENTER.
That normally does the trick, so you can RECEIVE messages as well as POST, but if it does not, then please email: [email protected] and ask them to please fix your problem.
