It's true that Yahoo and some email lists can introduce a lot of junk mail. However, usually that is because the administrators don't keep a close eye on a lot of those lists and sometimes the administrator simply abandons the list. I am an administrator on our family tree Yahoo email list and we virtually never get spam because the administrators don't allow it.
But I like it very much the fact that the support staff of Legacy is here on this list. That is very much a plus, even though sometimes a user gets ponced on rather quickly if they inadvertently goof on the guidelines.
