Hi Ron, Thanks for your help, but I've solved it! At some stage the jpg's in my Family History Folders have all somehow been turned to 'hidden' and I had 'display hidden folders' turned on. On my laptop there is very little difference in the way hidden and non-hidden files are displayed - the hidden are only very slightly lighter, so I didn't notice. Of course, Legacy was not picking up the hidden files within the programme, although the file names were still visible. I have now altered the settings and all is well.
