Quoting Jack Earnshaw <[email protected]>: > Is it possible to, effectively, "copy & paste" a person to create a second > person with the same name and details?
If you edit the one you want to copy, then save it, all the data for that person in in memory. When you are doing twins, for example, you type in for the first one, then for the second one you just click the name of each field you want to copy. You get the same result by 'saving' any record you wish to copy part of. Occasionaly I want to put the same person in 2 databases, and the stored copy is in the Legacy program, not the specific data base, so I can copy persons across data bases. Very handy!!
