I understand what you are saying, but I shut down every night and boot fresh every morning, which I just did an hour ago. I have hundreds of Fonts available to me in Word and other apps. It does not appear to be a system thing. Yes, I did run the Windows updates Wednesday. My system is the "latest, greatest" according to Microsoft.
I did get brave and hit the Reset button on the Fonts tab and no change. I cannot enter anything in the Size boxes either - they are empty as well. However, I can select the attributes on the right; bold, ital, UL. When I run the Preview, my report looks horrible! There is body text running into the heading and the footer is hosed too. Just updated to Legacy 7.5.0.149 and have no problems with fonts. I agree with Mike, you need to focus elsewhere for the cause of your font issue. If you haven't done so already, I would try a system reboot.
