Mike, I have updated from version 7.5.0.I42 to 7.5.0.145 and can confirm that the Font settings are missing from the Descendant Narrative Report. The Reset Button did not reinstate the Fonts nor did deleting the the DescNarr.usr file.
If you intend to produce a report in the near future I suggest that you do not download this update. That's what comes of the OP not being precise.
