Paula,

I leave all documents for children in their Parents Folder, however, when and 
if a child marries I move only the documents that pertain to that particular 
child to his or her folder. I sure that there are other ways preferred by other 
researchers, however, this method has worked well for me for many years. In the 
end, I really think it is personal preference.

Just realized that I'm not sure I know what you all do with the documents from 
a person's childhood when they marry.  Do you leave those documents with 
his/her parents? or do you move them "with" him/her to the new marriage/MRIN 
folder?  Thanks.
