I'm not sure exactly what you want to achieve, but you may be able to get it by using the notes field. Perhaps you could use
xxxxx [Date] [Notes] xxxxx as your sentence and put "and 2nd date" into the notes. Alternatively, if this is a one-off, possibly use a sentence override and type the sentence exactly as you want it.
