As well as what Tony has suggested the way I do it is to use the first date for the event, then in the notes I just add something like ..... There was also a report on 2nd date, or ..... A follow up report on date 2 read:...... or if the text is not too long to transcribe I would attach a pdf or word document (only trouble with that is it won't show in reports.) Other problem is if you do have images of the reports and you want to show both you really have no option but to use two separate events. What I've often done in case like this is to use the image of the most informative report and attach the second so it is available for me to look at, but I transcribe the text in my notes.

Perhaps you could use xxxxx [Date] [Notes] xxxxx as your sentence and put "and 2nd date" into the notes. Alternatively, if this is a one-off, possibly use a sentence override and type the sentence exactly as you want it. Hope this helps Tony Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
