On December 30 last I ordered and paid for a copy of The Official Unofficial Guide to Using Legacy Family Tree - PDF edition. I have not received a password and so am unable to unlock the download. I contacted Legacy Sales and received a "ticket" number and the promise of a "timely" reply. Despite repeated emails including the "ticket" number it is now over a month and I have received no reply. Any suggestions?
