There is some really great training on the Family Search page on our
website.  Just because this page is dedicated to Family Search there is
still a bunch of great training.   Read teh articles about Preparing for
Legacy 7.5 and also watch a couple of the videos escpecially the
"FamilySEarch Data Cleanup Stratigies"

>From these you will learn all about cleaning up your master location list
and a bunch more.  Legacy has to tools to do exactly what you are asking.

Still trying to get my location Master List as Legacy recommends.  Looks
like I must manually change each and every one to get it done.

What I wonder is - is there any sort of macro feature in Legacy?  By this I
mean, can I type in "United States" and link it to a function key, so that
when I wish those two words to be input, I can do it by means of a short
cut?
