Yes, I've done that File >Restore Family File - migrate to folder >
highlight the file > click open - nothing happens.  Alternatively,
after migrating to folder and highlighting the file, I typed the file
name into the box at the bottom and again nothing happens.  I've tried
unzipping the file etc. and that gives me five files but none of them
open.  Following that I get a lot of random messages which don't
appear to apply to anything!

Earlier I tried uninstalling legacy but it wouldn't uninstall and so
now I am stuck with not knowing what to try next.
