Sherry, What you want is what I have asked for from Legacy, but never gotten. I often need a report that gives detail information about each person of a direct line from person A to ancestor B . It appears there is no such report in Legacy. I also find the multi-step tagging and exporting to a whole new file too daunting. Other genealogy programs call it a "Direct Line Ahnentafel" (pardon the spelling!). Can't figure out why Legacy, that has so much for creative work, cannot incorporate this type report.
