Here's what I did:
Go into Location List and Sort right to left, so all the Kentucky locations are
together.
Tag each Kentucky location. (Untag other locations.)
Close Location List.
Go into Reports - All Reports - Books and Other.
Select Location report:
Locations to print - only tagged locations
What to print - Master locations and who uses them
Include specific events
Include event date
Options tab - check and see what you want there (some of it is just formatting)
Preview and see if that will work for you. It will be by location, rather than
by person or family, but it still might get you what you want---or at least give
you a starting point.
Good luck!!!

Subject: Re: Re: [LegacyUG] Location list puzzle

I plan to make a trip to Frankfort Kentucky to research those of my families
that have any event taking place in Kentucky. I just thought a family group
sheet would be the best set of information to take along to work from. I guess
if I could get a list of those people having any event in Kentucky I could go
through it one at a time and print out their family group sheet. So, in that
case, a list of any ancestor (and their children) who have any ties to Kentucky
would do. Not sure how to get that. Tried that first.
