Interestingly enough, for one individual, I received a suggested 1940 location based on that person's CHILD's birth location around 1907, rather than using that person's own death location in 1947. Would it be valuable for me to submit a suggestion to look at the locations associated with events "closest" to the census year? (I'm assuming the program already "weights" the individual's own events heavier than spouse, parents or children's events...?) Keep in mind that Legacy is also checking surrounding family members (births of children, etc.) for the report's evaluation. If there are no locations for anyone surrounding the main person, then that person will not show up in the report.
