Lyn, Legacy is a 32-bit program and runs perfectly on 64-bit WIndows Vista or Windows 7. I have a *lot* of 32-bit programs on both of those versions of Windows and have absolutely no problems. with the programs.
64-bit Windows will run 32-bit programs just fine. I don't know what those people were talking about. You can't run 64-bit programs on a 32-bit computer, but you can run 32-bit programs on a 64-bit computer. Just make sure you install Legacy as per the instructions at www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/helpWindows7andVista.asp.
