Lyn, I am running Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit, and also run Legacy 7 Deluxe, 32 bit, with no problems. Whoever the people are that gave you that information is definitely misinformed. To answer your question, yes, you are OK to install and run Legacy Deluxe 7.
