Paula, The problem you reported has been tested and is confirmed. A report has been recorded in our problem tracking system so this can be fixed.
It is valid to have the option available on the chart style Individual and FGS reports because in those reports the pictures for vital events are included when the event pictures are selected and other events are not selected.
