I’m sorry Jennifer, but I cannot help you with this, as I do not use Access. I use OpenOffice.org Base, and the SQL, and commands, are not the same as for Access.
Hopefully someone with Access knowledge can write the SQL script, and and send it to you (with instructions) as you requested.
