Sydney, Why would you wish to do this? If your problem is searching for individuals with references to "Clerk of Court", then why not use Search>Find>Detailed Search and then Individual; Source-Master Source (or Source-Citation, whichever is applicable); Contains; Clerk of Court?
Otherwise I suspect Access or OpenOffice Base is your only alternative. I have several with the same name but in different states. Such as Clerk of Court, even libraries. Is there some way to list them by State first? thank you, Sydney Gabel Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
