On my Windows 7 machine the minimized sub windows are always above the
task bar. When I increased the height of the task bar the sub bars moved
up so they stayed above the top of the task bar. They can be hidden by
other applications which may be open when Legacy is not the program with
focus.

As soon as Legacy became the active program however those minimized sub
screen bars became visible on top of other application windows as well
so they can be restored without having to restart the computer. As with
all sub screens in Legacy you cannot have more than one active and
cannot work with the Main window while a sub screen is active.
