I tend to include them because once in a great while I am at a location
where all I have access to is the microfilm copy.  But I also add since
that seems to be the accepted standardization of the source material and
like many, someday I may actually want to do something with everything I
have gathered and I really don't want to have to go back to find
something I did not include.
