Go to Options > Customize > Data Format and change the options for
Letter Case for Locations to "Don't change what I enter.  I have all
the letter case options set to that so my O'Brien doesn't become
O'brien.

Then go to the Master Location List (View > Master Lists > Locations)
and correct the entry there.
