I use the To Do Lists all the time, and I'm a firm believer in first checking on line to identify all call numbers of items I wish to view. I then include them in the Description of the To Do item. Having all the call numbers in the description makes it very easy to locate the book, film, etc. upon my arrival at the repository and I don't need to waste any time looking up call numbers once I get there.
Of course, I also identify the repository for every To Do item so that I can print out either in PDF or hard copy a listing of all the To Do items for a specific repository. Having a copy of the list of To Do items at hand keeps me focused while visiting a repository.
